Is it possible to set your products or product categories to expire at a specified date and time?

I know it is possible to do on a certainn date using a Specials or Featured product, but can you set a particular time of the day as well?

We are looking to sell sport event tickets online and would like to close ticket sales at 3.00pm on the day of the sport event.

Worse case scenario would be to remember to manually remove them from sale at 3pm, but it would be much more useful if the zen cart store could be set so that the product expires automatically at the set date and time.
