Editing header layout

Hi there,

I have somehow edited the header text for:

Home, My account, Log in, Shopping cart to list vertically by mistake.

I'm using firebug and trying to see in the CSS where I have edited the file or removed something. I can't seem to see anything that would make display that way.

My site isn't like so I can't give a link.

Someone point me to where I would edit this?

I assumed it would be navMain ?

Note: This area I edited the height of the search bar as I added image behind it.

I'm not sure what I would be looking for in there to edit the layout of the navMain area.

I'm sure this can all be edited from the stylesheet css file?

1. look for:
2. display: vertical;
3. change to:
4. display: inline;

Hi Harodo,

That #navMain reference already had:

display: inline;

But I then tried it in

#navMain ul li a, #navSupp ul li a, #navCatTabs ul li a {

display: inline;


(With the 'a' )

adn it resolved the issue.

I checked a clean stylesheet and it didn't have that code in there so I can only assume I did something else somewhere else and now that code overrides it.
