From what I can see your page is not completing ...

Go to the Free Software Add Ons and search for:
Debug Tool

then load that to your site as instructed and see what errors are generated ...

originally it was

Fix your errors ... the * does not belong in there:

If you wanted it to show for Category 10 and 9 you can use:

  <?php echo ((($current_category_id == 10 || $current_category_id == 9) && $flag_show_product_info_quantity == 1) ? '<li>' . $products_quantity . TEXT_PRODUCT_QUANTITY . '</li>'  : '') . "\n"; ?>
