    Default Customer Orders Not Showing

    Hello,

    Something very unusual, my customers placed several orders. Paypal sent me a notification of the orders with total cost, only.

    However, when checking the zen-cart admin area for orders recently places, there is nothing listed.

    Why the orders are not showing in zen cart admin?

    I am also facing same problem. My Zen Cart Version is 1.3.8. Customer placing order, I am getting paypal confirmation and payment as well. But not getting order confirmation email and not seeing in Admin. Can you help me?

    I spent a few hours last night looking for a logical answer. So far, if I use paypal express seems to work. But, the order place by my customers are in "limbo".

    I contacted them asking to send me the item place thru my zen cart. They were stunned, like no one has ever ask this question before.

    Well, they can see the items order, and I can't. Uhmm!

    I would love to get to those items back to my zen cart database so I know what they ordered.

    So far, it is a blind experience!

    Both of you need to fix the communication problem between Paypal's servers and *your* server, by following this: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/PayPal

    Also, you should Click "Remove" on the IPN (Website Payments Standard) module, and install Express Checkout instead so you don't have those problems again.
