STRANGE PROBLEM Manufacturer page only visible by filtering

I'm brand new to the forum and as a site owner. I don't know what version of zen cart we have.

We have added a new manufacturer to our store and her page is not functioning properly. Yesterday the new products she added did not display the images. The new products page has blank space where the missing products would be.

The manufacturer's page only displays the products if I choose a category from the filter.

I tried to find a thread about this, but I'm not sure what to search for! Everything looks right in the store. I can't figure it out!

Nevermind! It was just a messed up image!
