Product Review page not complete

I'm using 1.38, classic template, image handler mod.

Problem: reviews shows in sidebox and list of reviews comes up but when you try to read further I get this:
Sold Out
Min: Units:
Go To This Product's Detailed Information
Write Review
TEXT_OF_5_STARSTEXT_OF_5_STARS
Date Added: by

And when on product page, click on read review when there is one listed, I get this:
Sold Out
Min: Units:
Go To This Product's Detailed Information

There are currently no product reviews.
TEXT_APPROVAL_REQUIRED

I've searched the forum for days trying to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are missing or have a corrupted language file. Probably, \includes\languages\english\reviews.php

I checked with my backup files and didn't see anything different. I'll go thru it with a fine tooth comb again.

Here's the update:

Found that a file was missing the _php in my includes/modules/pages/product_reviews/header.php (should be header_php.php)

Now it works like a charm and can turn on reviews in the sidebox.
