Captcha Problem Help Please!

Hello everyone!

Im having troubles with this captcha that i have installed last night. The images aren't showing up! I'm sure i have uploaded the images on it's proper directories or am i missing other files? I have read all the thread reagarding captcha but seems not getting my answer from them so i had to post and need someone's help me out. This is the last thing i need to fix before going on live. I have been working on this since last night but couldn't figure this out and making me crazy now.

Please someone help me out!

I'm trying to uninstall this mod but the uninstall.sql isn't with this folder so im totally stock now.

Please disregard my previous post! It is now working perfectly!
I tried to view the source of this captcha images and it made me realize that i haven't put the captcha.php on my store/ directory.
It's working so perfectly now..
Im ready to go on live now!!!
