Notify viewers of webshop that telephone support is "online"

Is there some cool addon for this? I want to notify my customers who are looking at my webshop that the telephone-support is "online".

Or is there some other way to do this?

No mod I know of. You could use the Blank Sidebox mod to contain an image saying support was active and turn the sidebox on and off in admin.

Thats an idea. But the blank sidebox, whats it called?

I could just use the currencies-box. Never use it anyway. But what is the PHP code for inserting a picture? And what size should the picture be?

Uhe contents that called the image would just be HTML, and the size would depend on the width of your sideboxes.

But I really wanted something also to tell that the telephone support is "offline" too. So is it possible to install two blank sideboxes? So I can just switch between them..?
