But I really wanted something also to tell that the telephone support is "offline" too. So is it possible to install two blank sideboxes? So I can just switch between them..?

Sure. There are instructions in the mod on how to 'clone'it. Then you would just give them the same sort order in Layout Boxes Controller and switch one on as you switch the other off.

There are 3 Mods available for Live Support or you could purchase a 3rd party to use, which might allow for more customization.
