Banning people

Hello
I have a shop that is linked based so when people buy something they have to link me as a part of my terms of use
Now some of my customers do and others don't
Now what I need is to ban just one person
I realize that you can ban all people until you approve them! But I am really looking to do this to customers I already have
I don't want to delete there accounts just ban them until they have do all my terms of use
Is there away to do that through Zen cart
Like I said I realise that you can set your store to browse etc
But that really don't work for me is there maybe a mod out there that someone knows about?

Ban Customer by email address..

If you're using v1.3.8a, you already have the option built-in. Simply go to that customer's record in your admin and change their authorization status to Banned.

yes tried that but it does not work without having it set that all new customers can join with me approving them

All i can see is this Customer Details


Please make any necessary changes

Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending
Customer must be Authorized to shop
0= Not required
1= Must be Authorized to Browse
2= May browse but no prices unless Authorized
3= Customer May Browse and May see Prices but Must be Authorized to Buy

It is recommended that Option 2 or 3 be used for the purposes of Spiders

ok that just changes how people can or cant login without approval




now when i go to Customer
then edit
it only gives me theses options
Approved
pending approval must be authorized to browse
pending approval may browse but no prices
pending approval may browse with prices but may not buy
But thats no good as you can only set that when you have your store set to all people have to be approved
i want the store to be open to everyone but just some customers are not able to buy

admin panel/ customers/ click on the customer you want to ban and click edit.

1. in the drop down box choose this
2. pending approval must be authorized to browse
