I would like to take the Contact Us form and embed it in the landing page of my website. I would like to know how I can reference the Contact Us from zencart and have it show on my home page - just the form part of the Contact Us page. As it stands, I have a form on my front page using a different autoresponder, but I'm thinking that if I can get the same one I'm using in zencart, then it will make it easier to manage contacts because I can just handle them thru my admin. I hope I stated that clearly enough.
I tried adding these lines:

It doesn't work so I guess I'm pretty far off base..
