Remove add to cart for one product

I want to display a product that is basically an affiliate product with a ClickBank Hop Link. I don't want to display the add to cart. I want them to be able to click somewhere that will take them to the seller's page with my affiliate hop link. Any idea how I should approach this?

...by the way, I prefer it coming from my Zen Cart because the product fits in with a category of items in my cart.

Use a different Product Type, like Document General. You can turn Add to Cart on and off by Product Type, and put a link to the other site in the description.
