images and flash issue in IE

Hi.
I'm using 1.3.8

In FF and Chrome the site displays fine, while in IE the flash (in the header) and all images, but one, don't show, having the white box instead.

If you are using a 64-bit browser, then Flash will not work. There is (as yet) no adobe plugin for 64-bit browsers.

That's one reason I don't ever use flash... another is it takes too long to load most flash files, and finally they tend to be distractions - taking the customer's attention off the product info.

Thanks, but I'm afraid that's not the case, I'm using 32 bit.
And more than the flash (it's a white space anyway), the main problem are the images ...

But your CUSTOMERS may use 64-bit...

Flash should ONLY be used if it enhances a product and encourages a sale.

Using flash (or any dancing animation) just for the sake of it is pointless. They can be (and usually are) more of a distraction than an enhancement.

I'm sorry, I may have not been very clear:
the biggest issue is the images that don't display, I can live with the flash not displaying.

Besides that, the 32/64 bit os is NOT the case, if *I* don't see them while using the 32, means the issue is there regardless of that.

I upgraded to 1.39b, and still have the images not displaying, any ideas please?
