I have created my own company logo and uploaded to
/wwwroot/includes/templates/template_default/images/logo.gif

and also uploaded to
/wwwroot/admin/images/logo.gif

The size of the logo is the same as the default "powered by zen cart" logo.

When I go to the home page of the site, the "powered by zen cart" logo is still there, and my logo is nowhere.

However, when I go to print an invoice for an existing order, I can see my own company logo.

Please help!
