Preview button gives error message.

Hello, I'm new to Zen Cart.

Zen Cart 1.3.8a (new install)
System: Mac OS10.4.11ds
PHP version 5.2.12
MYSQL version 5.0.89-community-log
Apache version 2.2.14

I tried to create a new template following the instructions found at:

After doing so, I went to my admin page:
tools > template selection >edit button>preview button

I get the message:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /ZenShop/includes/templates/jd/images/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."


This is what I originally did:
1. Created an empty folder inside my includes/templates directory and named it JD.
2. Created another empty folder inside of JD and called it "images".
3. Copied the includes/templates/template_default/css folder and placed the folder and its files in JD.
4. I copied the file called:
includes/templates/template_default/template_info.php
and put it inside JD then edited that file in my local text editor then uploaded the edited file back to JD.
5. I also created three other empty folders as the instructions suggested ( COMMON, SIDEBOXES, TEMPLATES) and put them inside JD.

I have triple checked my work but still get the "Forbidden" message when trying to preview.

The problem is fixed. For those interested, I followed the advice at:

The author of the above article says:

"Leave the space between the quotes for the template screenshot field empty for now, since you don’t have one yet."

I did leave it empty and that caused my problem. I fixed it by putting an image file in that space. It probably would be a good idea to edit that part of the tutorial.
