if i had know of that trick when i was testing mods id have got through a lot more... haha, how

anyway, the only file that is different is the configure.php file, but looking closer the only difference is the URL, password and database info fields.
However, on site one (the site with the problem) there is no .htaccess in the /includes folder...
other than that.. they are both the same...
what do you want me to do next?.. reinstall site one with the new download?.. About to lock up the warehouse and shoot off to the gym.. so it will be a good few hours from now when i can report back...
Let me know what you want me to do, (have a horrible feeling I have just waisted everyone's time by a simple messed up install/rubbish FTP session)

i downloaded a clean copy of ZC139a,
deleted all files on test site one via filezilla
used sites c/p to force a delete of all .htaccess files and folders
deleted the database.
recreated a database (with new name)
uploaded newly downloaded files
installed
tested
worked first time
So i wasted everones time, lol.. very sorry
