All Products sorted by Category Order

I've search the forums and Google and have not found anything that indicates whether there is a way to sort products by my product category's sort orders. I offer three types of products/services and have various packages within each of those categories. For example sort by Category 1, Product 1, 2, 3, etc., then Category 2, Product 1, 2, 3, etc., and so on. Please help if you know of a way to do this for the 'All Products' listing. Thanks!

Anyone out there? I need to know if I can control the sort order of the products displayed when user goes to All Products. Preferrably in same order as Product Categories. Please advise if this is possible. - Thanks!
