Welcome email will not change, read FAQ and posts

I have replaced both create_account.php files with in the overrides folder and even tried it in the main directory with no luck. I searched the Developer tool kit and it shows no_account.php also contains the email text so I replaced that and uploaded it but still get the default welcome email. I read many of the other topics about the welcome email, email customization and the FAQ tutorial. Any response would be greatly appreciated as this is one of the few things left to do before I being selling, hopefully this or early next week.

Also, I am not receiving the appropriate notification emails to mac mail. I set up the smtp in the admin, and made sure everything was on.

login.php was the file I was missing for the welcome email, incase anyone else runs into this problem.

shop/includes/languages/english/TEMPLATE/login.php
