Sorry if this has already been asked. I am working with a client that has gone with Authorized.Net and I have not worked with the payment module.
I have entered per instructions in both the AIM and SIM modules the API Login, transaction key and MD5 Hash. I have both the cart and merchant interface for authorized.net set to test mode.
The zen cart version is 1.38a and debug is set to log and email in either case no error files are generated
In either case when I test the AIM the following message is displayed.
"(TESTMODE) Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance."
I have been in contact with authorized.net but have not been able to get an answer to what is causing this.
When I active the SIM module in step to of the check out process there are no input fields to enter name, card number, expiration date of CVV number just the word (credit card). When I go to confirm order the module goes off site as I have set it in the admin and I get the following error message from authorized.net generated from their server
"(87) Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system."
Does anyone have a clue to what the "Market Type"
that cannot be processed is or how to get around the problem?
I have advised my client that authorized.net requires SSL and that is the best solution for them long term. I am waiting for their decision. In the meantime I am hoping to understand what is going on.
Any advise or suggestions would be most appreciated.
