I just successfully installed this mod on a secondary/test 1.5 zencart:

Looks like it will work, but will have to replace default terms with mine. Which looking at it now doesn't look exactly easy or fast.
This should be great with our credit card people, who really do not like customers going to a second page to agree to terms. Looks like just what they want.
