Canada, US, rest of world shipping

Hi, i was wondering if someone can help me with me shipping ..problem.

I have three shipping methods made here...

CA
1:5.00,2:7.00,3:7.00,10000:15.00

US
1:10.00,2:15.00,3:20.00,10000:25.00

00
1:16.50,2:16.50,3:25.00,10000:35.00

most of my products are around 1.6lb, BUT when i calculate shipping for canada..for example, the shipping shows as 15 dollars, id like it to show around 7 dollars for each product in canada.

please advise.

... adjust your tare settings.
