Oh dear... I'm so lost. I downloaded the zencart e-book and it says to open up this file:
<zchome>/includes/languages/english/contact_us.php

Where in the world would I find that?

I am using InMotion Hosting and have installed Zen Cart through Fantastico in cPanel.

I have not installed Zen Cart on my computer? Do I need to do this?

You do not need to install Zen Cart on your PC to work with it.

However, it is advisable that you install Zen Cart on your host manually instead of through Fantastico due to the problems Fantastico can create. Instructions for doing that can be found here.

The file <zc-home> in the statement <zc-home>/includes/languages/english/contact_us.php refers to the directory in which your Zen Cart resides. See pg 46 for the screen shot example. Now on your host, it could be /home/someone/public_html/zencart or /home/someone/public_html/ etc assuming you have a Linux account.

Do provide a URL and the version of Zen Cart you have installed in your next post if you still have further problems.

You should be looking at this file using FTP, not through the web.
