Allow consumers to list their items?

I did some research but couldn't find a solution. Is it possible for consumers to list their own items on ZenCart? I'd like to manage the site but would like to have consumers to list their own items for sale... any ideas?

Asked a lot, but I don't think anyone has ever done it successfully. Zencart wasn't designed as a 'mall' script.

That said, the digital scrapbooking sites seem to have a way of allowing their designers to add items, but it may be they have to just send the info to the site owner.

You can use the Admin Profiles mod to allow other people to access the admin area, but I don't think it limits access down to the category or product level.

There is nothing stopping you from developing (or having someone develop for you) a module that does this...

Zencart is Opensource and you are free to modify it any way you please.
