I looked at the code again in update_products and noticed that you put the first line of my code in the wrong spot, it was inside the

if (!defined('IS_ADMIN_FLAG')) {
    die('Illegal Access');
  } 

so this was never being run

$facebook_add = $_POST['facebook_add']; 

Try the new file and see if it finally works.
