I have a customer who has a couple of orders in the past few weeks where a product was purchased at a much lower price than advertised on the site. When I add to cart it shows the right price. No coupons were added, yet the product order was for less.

Does anyone have any ideas? I told him someone must have changed the price in Admin, purchased it, then changed it back, but cant prove that, nor does he believe it.

So its very strange and wondered if anyone has heard of this happening before and what possible causes it could be. He thinks there is a problem with the Zencart.
