How to have this product pages?

I'm trying to make my product pages to look like this but I don't have any idea on how to do it. Does anyone know how? I'm trying to accomplish this look

The template maker (apparently also the owner) seems to have started with some osC variant, but it is drastically stripped down and customized. They made the product pages from one gigantic image file with all of the individual photos and graphics embedded in it (very much not a recommended approach). Any attempt to replicate the look would have to start from scratch in coding, and would be a good-sized job for an experienced designer/coder.
