Admin not working

Okay, I've looked around and I see people talk around this issue, but no one ever comes out and seems to have this problem. For the last several weeks I haven't been able to access my zen cart administration so I can add products to my store. I've verified my password in my phpmyadmin, so I know the password is correct, but I keep getting a message telling me that I've entered the wrong password. I've even set up new user ids to see if this will help and I can't access through them either. Basically, the information is all correct and verified and zen cart keeps telling me its wrong and won't let me access. How am I supposed to fix this?

I forgot to mention I already did this and it didn't help.

How did you verify your password in phpMyAdmin ... the password is encrypted ...
