second e-mail not received
hi guys - not too sure what to search for on this topic.. i am trying to fix a minor issue in an already constructed and functioning shop..
the client had it configured to send two e-mails upon purchase:
1. send purchase info, contact, and part credit card details
2. send remaining credit card details
the first is being received but the second not.. can i make this change from the admin back end?
