help with banners

I made a new banner thingy in admin but it is not showing the banner groups was blankj so I made a new one and named it Sidebar i added the following to HTML TEXT but my banner is showing nowhere PLEASE HELP

by the way the ############## should say "ad bright" but this forum decides to block the word "ad bright"
