Any help would be highly appreciated regarding my problem:
From the configured shipping options, only the air shipping ones are showing up when trying to proceed a test purchase.

The origin is Oakland, California.
The test address is Oakland, California.
Thus, the air shipping doesn't seem to be logical and economic.
