I have been trying for 2 days to get a new header and background on my store. I have yet to succeed. I have made a new custom template, then I also downloaded a free template from Zen (this doesn't even show up in Zen). I need some serious help here. No idea what I need to do to get this fixed. I have tried EVERYTHING that I can find on this subject in the forum and nothing has worked.
Can someone please help me?
