meta tags category missing

Please Help!
As once I noticed that in the admin control panel missing meta tags only to the category. Items - products hawe meta tags -ok.

Which file I need to check if is on the server!?

Meta data added via the admin is not in a file
It is stored in the Database

How to determine from when we are missing metatags to look in becup.

Can I add fresh new metatagse!?? (Categories) to the ftp server or to database.
