    Default Payments not being collected when using QBMS addon module

    Ok, I have a question. This issue has been giving me a hard time. I am seeing the transactions in my zen cart admin once someone makes a payment but no payment is taken from the client's card and no payment is deposited into my account. I don't even see the transactions posted in my merchant services center.

    I installed the qbms module to receive payments through Intuit Merchant Services. I setup my application and received my connection ticket. I am using the Desktop model.

    I checked with Intuit and they see the connection between my application and their system. The person who makes the purchase also gets a confirmation that their transaction was successful.

    Any ideas on what I should do to resolve this issue?

    I really need to get this working right away.

    Sounds like you're using an old version of Zen Cart and have the "Offline Credit Card" module enabled, and your customers are using *that* for checkout instead of your QBMS addon.

    This is confirmed by going to Admin->Customers->Orders and looking in the 2nd column of your list of orders. If it says "cc" as the payment module, then that's your problem.
    Click "Remove" on any modules you're not actually using.

    Thanks for your suggestion, but I removed all the payment modules besides quickbooks. It's the only one that is active right now.

    Anything else you think I should try?

    I am also using the 1.3.8a version.

    I'm not familiar with the QBMS module's inner workings, so there's not much I can offer.
    I was merely giving a suggestion based on a very common cause of similar symptoms.

    But your problem is definitely something amuck with the QBMS module and/or your QBMS account.
