html editor not working

Zen cart version 1.3.8a

The HTML editor is not working anywhere on the site. I have selected it in the my store configuration and also when I go into the individual EZ pages or newsletters but I can only type in raw code?

Sorry I'm using your post for asking this question but I dont know any other way.

I'm trying to start my own post but cant see any button for doing this.

Hi Brian
when you are in forum you want to post in, for look for the button called 'new thread' just under the forum navigation to the left of the screen.
