Template does not work

Hi all,

just started today whit zencart version 1.3.9a new instalation.
everything works great, admin perfect but when i view my store i see everything is white.
the templates doesnt work. tried to find a new free template and after installation i have the same problem.

/zencart/includes/templates/free_red/images/scr_template_default.jpg
when i try to open this jpg i get the following message,
hope someone could help me whit this problem.

It sounds like your server is blocking access to key files.

This could be because the files are set to permissions that are incompatible with your servers security protocols.

As the message says, you need to discuss this first with whoever is responsible for the server on which your site is hosted.

Problem solved by installing an older version. its now version 1.3.8a. now i'm trying to update to 1.3.9a
