Turning off SubCartegories

Hello,

I am wondering how to turn off the subcategory listings on my product pages.

For example, if you navigate to my site: outplaypoker.com and click on the bulk chips category from the left side box you will see subcategory listings. I am trying to get rid of these.

I would like the site to not change pages until one of the subcategories is selected.

For instance if you click on bulk chips nothing happens but the category side box expanding. But then if you click 12.5 Gram it will bring you to the listings.

Not exactly sure what you're asking, but:

If you want to turn off the subcat listings in the Categories sidebox, Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings - Categories - Always Open to Show SubCategories

If you want to turn off the subcat listings in the center section, Admin - Configuration - Product Listing - Show SubCategories on Main Page while navigating

If you go to my website http://www.outplaypoker.com and click on "poker chips" in the categories sidebox, you will notice how my site takes you to the the "poker chips" category which is blank since I have all the products in more descriptive sub-categories.

I want to completely remove this page. I want my site to stay on the homepage until the customer clicks on a subcategory with items in it.

So if the customer clicks on "poker chips" nothing happens but the subcategories drop down in the sidebox. But then when the customer clicks on "2 Gram" from the list of subcategories the site takes them to the "2 Gram" listings.

Do you understand?
