I have tried importing the old database over the new one in myphpadmin. When I go to the installer to do the database upgrade there is no option to do that. Only options are "install" or "upgrade cfg files". I am really lost now. I hope 7 years of customers and orders aren't down the drain.

When I go to my store now i get this message

1146 Table 'cuddlesn_abbygro.configuration' doesn't exist
