I'm trying to install Zen Cart on a web server which has user/htdocs/ for the web root folder and user/secure/ for SSL files.
How do I configure the install so it puts all the files for SSL in the correct place?

Seriously... If you want a life of problems, costing more in time (and ultimately money) than it's worth, then stick with this host.
... or do the sensible thing and get out of there fast.
