    application error T-Hub Not Working Well with my store

    I'm a newbie and I've read through the various posts that discuss the type of problem I am having but none seem to provide the help I need. I am using the latest version of T-Hub and the folks there seem unwilling/able to help me get their software to work correctly.

    I am getting an error: Call to undefined function zen_catalog_href_link()

    This occurs when I try to have T-Hub update my shipping info in Zen Cart... T-Hub downloads orders fine -- it just can't update them afterwards.

    I've made sure that both html_output.php files match the original files exactly and are in the original locations. This seems to be the only tip I've found online for solving this type of problem. It isn't fixing the problem.

    Zen Cart 1.3.8a
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

    I know this was back in 2010 but were you able to get this fixed? I'm curious because I plan to use T-Hub with my zen-cart store.

    I don't remember what the fix to that problem was... however, I have been using T-Hub successfully since May 2010 and haven't had any problems. It saves a LOT of time. Support is weird and sometimes non-existent, but they do make regular improvements and enhance things... surprisingly easy to get it working and setup. Good luck!

    do you sell across multiple sales channels(ebay amazon website)? If so do you see a need for the advanced version to sync inventory both ways? logically speaking the sync feature is great if a couple units gets damaged or sold offline, this way just hit a button and your inventy on ite listed online gets adjusted. What are your thoughts?
