I have an order that has been "processing" for two days. There was no money transferred, so there is no reason why it should take this long.... please help!
Does anyone know what might cause this? It's been three days and the order is still processing. It's all digital downloads so the customer has not been able to download the product. Please help!
My site is all digital products so the orders are processed and delivered automatically. I have one customer who's order will not deliver for some reason. It continues to say processing for days. I had her start completely over with a new order and it did the same thing to her! It has never done this to any other customer, but it did it to her twice in a row. The product is fine. Others have purchased and downloaded it with no problem. What could this be and how can I fix it??? Thanks!

I recently took over this site and I don't know much at all about zen cart. How do I know what payment modules I have? I have never had to go in and manually change the invoice status. I even tried with this order to see if it would produce the download links, but it didn't. I had her redo the order and it did the same thing. I can't see anything wrong with her account, but she is not getting the download links for the product. And I don't see anywhere where I can force them. I just don't know enough to make this work. Please help!

Ok, forget it. I finally figured it out. The attributes have disappeared. I have no idea how that happened. It looks like they are there, but the actual files have been stripped. This actually happened to another person in the store, but I thought she just messed up. Is there some reason the zips would just disappear? Seems weird...
Nothing in Zen Cart removes the Downloads from the Attributes except you when you add/edit the Attributes ...![]()

Also note that it looks like 2 of your Payment modules are set to Delivered and the other to Processing ...
You have to change that Order Status to Delivered as nothing is going to change it for you on the Order ... it is setup to be set to Processing ...
