I recently took over this site and I don't know much at all about zen cart. How do I know what payment modules I have? I have never had to go in and manually change the invoice status. I even tried with this order to see if it would produce the download links, but it didn't. I had her redo the order and it did the same thing. I can't see anything wrong with her account, but she is not getting the download links for the product. And I don't see anywhere where I can force them. I just don't know enough to make this work. Please help!
