Maybe my question is a bit 'stupid but not being an expert on mysql and php, I wanted to ask if you can give me a tip.
Should I create a procedure that takes data (new products or quantities) from a database or text file (do not know yet) and imports them into the database to Zencart.
I wanted to know if I can directly access the database through the liaison duties or if php is better to use some other system passing through specific functions of Zencart.
I want to make a script that is run independently by Zencart however, then there would be no need to enter the admin panel to run but would be run as a common script directly from remote.
I should be doing is importing from databases that export from Zencart to turbolister and others but I'm finding great difficulty in finding some good soul who know give me just a few reassuring straight: (
