Editing customer information in admin 1.3.9b

[Done v1.3.9b] State field always required when editing customer address in admin

Forgive me for asking but I am looking at the What's new in 1.3.9b and don't see anywhere that I can edit customer information in admin.... is this a new feature for 1.3.9b?

Do you mean the Customers -> Customers ... menu choice?

I was thinking of order editing....

There isn't an editing of the order's Customer details after the Order is made ...

There is a mod for this I'm looking for it myself agian, I had it before, but now upgraded to 1.39d, so back on the search, though I added this a couple of years ago, I'd assume it'll work on this version too, it worked on a couple of previous versions...
