error 404 when installing?

Ok, I got that fixed, my host did what they needed to do but now I am having a different issue on my other sites, I built the first one, then just uploaded the data from the first to the 2nd and want to do the same to the 3rd, but it's not letting me I get an error saying "You attempted to load file with unsupported compression (application/zip). Either support for it is not implemented or disabled by your configuration" Ive done exactly the same as far as I can remember, any ideas? I just want to avoid re-entering all the data since it is all the same for the most part.
