Additional Field for Product Catalogue

Hi all,
I am running Zen Cart 1.3.8a Database Patch Level: 1.3.8.

I have a requirement but not sure where to post it.....

For my products I have different lead times which I would like to display. Is there a straightforward way to achieve this, or would it require database and page modifications - I am not an experienced user!

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Add lead time data to their product descriptions...
Or check creating another product type in the tutorials/wiki
