How can I "flip" layout of Back to Shopping button with the Shipping Estimator button

I'd like to have the "Estimate Shipping" button and the yellow "Check out with PayPal" button on the 1st row under the Sub-Total in YOUR SHOPPING CART CONTENTS page.... and have the "Back to Shopping" and "go to checkout" on the bottom.

You'd edit includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php to move those parts around relative to each other, then save the file to your override folder.

If you haven't done this sort of thing before, it isn't really difficult. You just have to find the parts you want to move and cut and paste them where you want them. No programming knowledge required.
