Two admins is it possible?

I have just partnered up and I would like to give my partner full access to the back end of the site but am not quite sure how to go about it.

Is it possible that I can create a user and pass for him and give him equal privileges and also is it possible we both can be together in the site at the same time.

Yes, you can create other admins in Admin - Tools - Admin Settings. You can both be logged in at the same time.
