Changing Discount Coupon default Text

I want to get rid of the store coupon part without having to do it everytime it's sent out

What do you mean by "the store coupon part"?
And which emails are you referring to?

I'm just guessing, but check your settings in Admin - Configuration - GV Coupons - New Signup ...

The email that goes out when you email a customer a coupon says we would like to offer you a store coupon, I would like that part removed since we have a physical location and people are thinking its for the store too.

stevesh has answered your question. Just remove the coupon listed, and that part of the email will be automatically skipped.

I didn't set it up under GV coupons new sign up, I set it up under gift certificates/coupons

I found the https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=39 actually to be very helpful! I had no idea you could do a search there and it would list above exactly where to go in your admin files. If you type in part of the phrase you want to change, select All languages, and hit search, it should tell you exactly what admin file the text is listed under. Yours is probably under Gift Certificate or something like that.
