Does the base install support rebates?

For example, a product with regular price of $100 is on special for $50, a 50% savings, but that is after a $10.00 rebate.

So the real price is $60 and $50 after rebate.


So the listing would read:
$100 $60
Save: 40% off
$50 after $10 rebate.
Save: 50% off

The simple solution was to use the Product description area to communicate the rebate.
