Different per unit weight ship rate?

Hello,
Is there a way that I can set the per unit weight shipping with 2 rate? For example, if ship to US, $2 per lb, and if ship to Canada, $3 per lb.

I created a zone for US, and a zone for Canada. But noticed in the "Shipping Modules", there is only one entry for the per unit weight shipping.

Clone the Per Unit perunitweight shipping module and setup one with the US Zone and one with the Canadian Zone ...

For how to clone a shipping module, do a search on:
clone flat
clone item

and you will see examples of how to do this ...
